Garam masala is a dry mixture of various ground spices, a specialty of Indian dishes. The garam masala powder which is usually added directly in the initial cooking process of cooking creates a strong flavour and taste that permeates the entire dish with a strong and fragrant aroma. We cautiously prepare garam masala as it requires expertise in the proportion of spices to be used in it.
